The St Matthew Passion is considered to be one of the greatest works of choral music ever written. Whether you’re a fan of Bach or simply looking for a moving and unforgettable musical experience, this full performance of the work is not to be missed.
The St Matthew Passion is a sizeable and complex work, so this concert will be presented in two sittings, from 4 – 5.30 pm and 7 – 9 pm. Audience members will therefore have ample opportunity for audience members to break so both parts can be enjoyed in comfort.
